A family run business, we have been roasting hogs in Rugby since the 7th Century (okay, maybe not quite that long) and are experts in the craft. We prepare the hog with a sea salt and olive oil rub, or maybe you would prefer our sea salt and cider rub, before roasting it in our special ovens. Served in freshly baked soft rolls, a choice of mouth watering stuffings, and a delicious Bramley apple sauce, your guests will never want to leave.
Served with baked potatoes, and/or one of our fresh salads, it’s an occassion that won’t be forgotten.
